Abu Dhabi
One of the richest cities in the world - Abu Dhabi is the largest of the seven emirates and is the capital and centre of government and business life in the UAE.
Abu Dhabi is a vibrant and modern Arabian city; a strategic hub located between Europe and Asia, on the north east coast of the Arabian Peninsula. It occupies an area of 67,000 square kilometres and has a population of 1,600,000 people.
There are over 200 islands dotted along the coastline of Abu Dhabi; gently lapped by the azure waters of the Arabian Gulf. Once the world's best site for pearls; Abu Dhabi draws from its rich maritime past to pursue a myriad of water sport activities such as traditional dhow sailing, diving and deep sea fishing.
Abu Dhabi offers a unique blend of old world charm and cosmopolitan sophistication. Located on an island, Abu Dhabi is one of the greenest cities in the region with large gardens, parks and boulevards lining its streets. The city's natural beaches, shopping destinations, international resorts and pleasant climate make it the destination of choice to live, work and visit.
